Payment Info

A $200 deposit per hunter is required on all reservations.  Make your reservations as early as possible.  Personal checks on deposits only, the balance is due by cash, certified check, cashier’s check or traveler’s check.  Major credit cards accepted (MasterCasd/Visa).  A 5% charge will be added if using a credit card.

In the event of a cancellation, thirty (30) days written notice is required to receive a fifty percent refund of deposit.  Or, you may reschedule to a later date (within six months) with no forfeiture. This also requires a thirty (30) days written notice prior to your hunt date.  Failure to show up for your hunt on the day of your reservation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
